Service Content and Scope
VPNSZ provides international route access, subscription management, and client connection support, covering 100+ countries / 180+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes are intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths to international websites. Actual performance may be affected by the user's network location, the target service status, route scheduling, and the device environment.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Subscription details are based on the effective orders and data records shown in the user panel.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route use, and order activity on their accounts. If account credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and check the current subscription status.
A single subscription has no limit on the number of devices online at the same time and is intended for devices managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription access, and access permissions may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or provided to third parties as a shared service. Users may not affect route resources or other users' normal connections through bulk distribution, automated abuse, or other means. The account holder is responsible for access and usage resulting from voluntarily disclosing credentials.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the regions they access, as well as the usage rules of target websites or platforms. The service may not be used to infringe on others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, disrupt network operations, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users may not conduct destructive testing of service interfaces, route configurations, or clients, nor use subscription resources to launch attacks, send unwanted content, or evade account management measures lawfully imposed by target platforms. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for any resulting complaints, disputes, or legal liability.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
VPNSZ may schedule, switch, or adjust configurations based on route status, network congestion, and maintenance needs. Scheduled maintenance, changes to underlying networks, target service restrictions, device configuration issues, and uncontrollable external events may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of some routes.
The service provides network acceleration and international route access; it does not guarantee continuous access to any target website, content catalog, or third-party feature. When third-party platforms independently change regional policies, account rules, content licenses, or technical restrictions, the resulting outcome is outside VPNSZ's control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by external networks, third-party services, or user configuration are outside the scope of the service's liability.
Account Termination and Refunds
Users may stop using the service. For accounts involved in reselling subscriptions, publicly sharing access permissions, unlawful activity, system attacks, serious consumption of shared route resources, or repeated violations of these terms, VPNSZ may, depending on the circumstances, restrict route access, suspend the subscription, or terminate account services. Before or after taking action, relevant order, data, and activity records may be used to assess account status and handle disputes.
A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the relevant order and payment records can be verified. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods. These refund terms do not affect other rights available to users under applicable laws and regulations.
Changes and Governing Application
VPNSZ may revise these terms when the service scope, route environment, or compliance requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update time indicated. Important changes affecting users' rights or obligations will be explained through visible notices within the site. Continued use after an update means that the user has read and accepted the revised content; users who disagree may stop using the service.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic rules for using VPNSZ. If any provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Headings are provided for reading and reference only and do not change the meaning of the provisions.
